We have just enjoyed celebrating the July 4th 2011 Holiday and are so moved at how much we love and appreciate this great country and all those who have fought and died to protect and preserve our freedoms. Our freedoms, our families, our friends, our ministries, our businesses, and the abilities we all have to follow our dreams, and actually see them come true, would not be possible without a lot of sacrifices and a lot of changes over the years.

As we sit here today writing you we want you to know how much we love and appreciate you!  We do not take anything for granted and we know that God has put us together to see His will done on Earth as it is in Heaven (to help orchestrate change).  You are precious to us and we are so thankful for your friendship and your partnership in serving the Lord together.

We realize that a lot of people are in the middle of all kinds of changes.  Don’t let that scare you.  Change can be a good thing and God said that He is taking us from Glory to Glory and that He is transforming us (changing us) by the renewing of our minds. “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?” (Isaiah 43:19).  If there is one thing we have learned over the years about God it’s that He is always bringing change to our lives and it is usually not what we would have chosen nor will He do it in the way we think He should. This is one of the major ways that we know it is God and not something we did in our own strength. “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9)

We are so glad to be your friends and we are excited about the changes God is doing in our lives, families, and businesses.  We often go back to page 11 of the R3Global MAP Book (for you that are in R3Global) and read the four keys to creating the proper business mindset and culture (if you are not in R3Global these principles will still work for you):

1. Don’t get in a hurry…..They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Remember to wait (be a waiter/server) while you wait and don’t make any major decisions in the midst of chaos, confusion, and emotion.

2. Don’t be greedy….Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase (Proverbs 13:11). It is God that gives man the power to gain wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18) .   3. Don’t panic…… Panic means you have entered into fear…..Fear is the opposite from faith and God does not give us a Spirit of fear (II Timothy 1:7) .  Our book of the month this month is, “Fear Not, For I Am with You Always” by Max Lucado. Remember, God has your back!!

4.  Choose wisely…..I believe that God sends us the ones who are meant for us to be in business with and the ones that are called to you can’t leave and the ones that are not called to you can’t stay. Begin to pray for God to put the right people in your path and always remember to choose wisely.

These are all great principles and they work whether you’re building a business, growing a church or ministry, or just living life. It’s God’s Word!!

Thank you so much for your prayers and financial support of this ministry, and for standing on God’s Word. We leave you with this great encouraging word from God, “Be strong (confident) and of good courage, for YOU shall cause this people to inherit the land……..” (Joshua 1:6).  Did you know that you can cause people to inherit their land?  Think about that!! You can help orchestrate change!!
